QQ Mail
QQ Mail is a mainland Chinese Internet Service Provider (ISP) that is gaining ground among US mailers. QQ began as Tencent’s instant messaging platform,in 1999. In 2005 they added on their email service, QQMail. Due to the Chinese penchant for online shopping, increasingly, email marketers are targeting this market.
Deliverability and QQ
Delivery to QQ, is particularly difficult for senders operating outside of China. The amount of connections non-Chinese IPs can get and the volume of email messages allowed in is very limited. Low and slow is the way to go for QQ (that’s actually always the case but QQ is extreme). Daily limits, for IPs outside of China, range between 20,000 and 40,000 emails per day. Limits are as low as 1 connection per IP and 1 email per connection!

QQ only provides whitelisting for companies for Chinese businesses with proper licensing and Chinese IPs. You will need to have someone your team that speaks and writes Chinese.
